How do you get scabies?

Scabies is the main pathogen causing scabies, which is due to the human scabies mite, and is transmitted through direct contact (including sexual contact), but also indirectly through the patient’s used clothing. Scabies is usually parasitized in the human epidermal stratum corneum, when the human skin has cracks, it can be invaded through the skin to form tunnels, nodules, localized scabies excreta will cause local inflammatory reaction, the cells involved in the local itching will be caused. And the scabies mite usually parasitizes the weak areas of the skin, for example, the crevices of the fingers, as well as the elbow, popliteal, axillary, periumbilical, lumbar, lower abdominal, genital, and inguinal areas. It does not usually involve the head and face because the skin on the head and face is exposed and rarely touched. Scabies infects the skin and then forms a series of rashes, such as tunnels, papules, and herpes, followed by a series of reactions. If it colonizes the scrotal area, it can cause scabies nodules. In addition, a rare form of Norwegian scabies is a more severe form of scabies that occurs in people who are weaker and have a weakened immune system; this type of scabies has a very widespread rash after infection and has a peculiar odor.
