There are several considerations for postoperative care of breast cancer as follows: 1. Within 24 hours after surgery, wrist movement can be done, then gradually make fist clenching, fist stretching and moving arms, etc. After 24 hours, shoulder touching movement can be done, do not move the shoulder, after the wound is healed, head touching, head combing and arm climbing wall movement can be done; 2. Patients who undergo axillary lymph node dissection should be prohibited from lifting heavy objects, and arms should not hang down for a long time. Patients with upper limb edema need to be examined to rule out recurrence, and it is feasible to train with elastic band and do limb massage; breast cancer has a good prognosis, patients should accept the reality, adjust their mentality, live actively and cooperate with doctors for review and treatment.
