Red dots on the inner thighs are not necessarily AIDS or syphilis.
AIDS patients may have red dots on their thighs in both the acute and AIDS phases, and they can even spread all over the body, but the most common symptom in AIDS patients is fever, which may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, sore throat, diarrhea, enlarged lymph nodes, and neurological symptoms.
Syphilis patients may have red dots on the inner thighs, but in most cases this is accompanied by a rash on other parts of the body, mainly chancre and sclerosing lymphadenitis, which, if left untreated or untimely, can lead to syphilis rashes, ophthalmologic, neurologic, osteoarthropathic, and other organ pathologies.
Red dots on the inner thighs can also be caused by eczema, ringworm, allergies, etc. Therefore, if you want to identify whether you are infected with AIDS or syphilis, you can do so through specialized tests.
AIDS can be diagnosed by HIV-1/2 antibody test, HIV nucleic acid test, etc. Syphilis can be diagnosed by syphilis serologic test.
It is recommended to go to the hospital to improve the relevant examination to clarify the diagnosis of red spots on the thighs. If you are suffering from AIDS or syphilis, you should actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment and keep a good attitude.
