Pregnant women need balanced nutrition after pregnancy to ensure sufficient protein to meet the needs of the baby’s growth and development, as well as the pregnant woman’s own health needs. Various meats such as mutton, pork, beef and chicken are the main sources of obtaining protein. If pregnant women do not eat meat they can apply soy products instead, such as tofu, soy milk, bean curd and dried beans, and also through dairy products, such as milk, yogurt and cheese, and eggs are also food sources of obtaining high quality protein. In the middle and late stages of pregnancy should be supplemented with about 150-200 grams of protein per day, equivalent to two eggs, 100 grams of tofu and 500 ml of milk, to replenish the protein needed by the organism, prevent malnutrition anemia in pregnant women and meet the needs of the baby’s growth and development.
