Uterine sarcoma is a malignant lesion of the uterus and has a particularly high chance of metastasis. Women who are examined and found to have endometrial mesenchymal sarcoma need to be hospitalized as soon as possible and scheduled for surgery to completely remove the entire uterus and adnexa, and in the course of the surgery the pelvic lymph nodes also need to be cleared. After surgery, the need for further chemotherapy will need to be considered based on the results of the tests and the specific stage of the uterine sarcoma. Paclitaxel and cisplatin can be used for chemotherapy, which is usually given in courses of six or more to have a chance of cure. Chemotherapy can only be given after the patient has recovered from the surgery and has taken 1-2 months to recover from the surgery.
