What about patellar tenderness?

Patient: Hello doctor. I am a military student, I had a partial meniscus removal in another hospital 5 months ago, since then I have been feeling knee pain, but I am fine when I move around. After I returned to school, I participated in military training, squatting and climbing more, and as a result, half a month later, I have pain behind the patella after climbing stairs, pain behind the patella after riding a bicycle, and pain after standing up after squatting. Doctor: Your problem comes from excessive climbing, squatting and other activities, stop all such activities. You can take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Fotarine etc. Use topical treatment such as joint wash, Fotarine emulsion etc. Regularly take glucosamine (Glucophage, Vigorix) to help cartilage repair. Physical therapy: ultrashort wave, ion introduction, etc. Most importantly, when the symptoms are relieved perform static squatting exercises (i.e. squatting horse stance) 2 times/day for 15-20 minutes/time, note that it is a static half squat, not a squat.
