What’s wrong with sore feet and neck?

There are three main reasons for the soreness in the neck of the foot: the first is due to strain in the ankle joint, such as walking too much on long walks, the muscles of the ankle joint and the surrounding soft tissues are constantly under fatigue and tension. The strain will gradually form over time and produce more lactic acid, which will stimulate the peripheral nerves and cause acidity, and the local inflammatory edema will gradually form, resulting in a feeling of local swelling. In the second case, due to trauma to the ankle joint, such as ankle sprain, the soft tissues around the ankle joint are strained due to instability during strenuous exercise, which will lead to localized soreness due to weight-bearing and swelling due to the gradual formation of local blood stasis. In the third case, if the ankle joint is cold, especially if there is a history of strain or sprain accompanied by cold, it will lead to the accumulation of local stasis and metabolic products such as lactic acid and inflammation, which will easily aggravate the soreness of the foot and neck. And the increase of stasis and edema will also lead to swelling especially obvious.
