Indications for Anrotinib include: 1.This product as a single agent is indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has progressed or recurred after receiving at least 2 prior systemic chemotherapies. For patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene mutations or anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) positivity, progression after treatment with the appropriate standard targeted agent and progression or recurrence after at least 2 prior systemic chemotherapies should have been received prior to initiation of treatment with this product. 2. This product is indicated for the treatment of patients with vesicular soft tissue sarcoma, clear cell sarcoma, and other advanced soft tissue sarcomas that have progressed or relapsed after at least one prior anthracycline-containing chemotherapy regimen. 3. This product, as a single agent, is indicated for the treatment of patients with small cell lung cancer that has progressed or relapsed after prior treatment with at least 2 chemotherapy regimens. This product should be used under the supervision of a doctor experienced in the use of antineoplastic drugs, and should not be taken by oneself.
