Minor lumbar herniation can usually be recovered, depending on the patient’s age, nature of work and whether or not strictly conservative treatment is specifically observed.
Lumbar disc herniation refers to a disease in which the lumbar disc undergoes degeneration, the annulus fibrosus ruptures partially or completely, and the nucleus pulposus protrudes and presses on the nerve root, causing lumbar pain accompanied by throbbing pain in the lower limbs.
Mild lumbar disc herniation, generally partial rupture of the annulus fibrosus or only cracks, nucleus pulposus protrusion is not serious, after strict bed rest and taking pain medication (Erythroxib) and swelling medication (Pancreatic seven tablets) can alleviate the symptoms, the protruding nucleus pulposus can be gradually back to the ruptured annulus fibrosus repair.
However, minor lumbar protrusion can be recovered commonly in young patients, usually the first attack, and strictly conservative treatment. After treatment, it is not recommended to engage in long-term stooping or heavy lifting work.
Lumbar disc herniation is recommended to the regular hospital active consultation, under the guidance of the physician treatment. The above drugs should be used according to the doctor’s prescription.
