Prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer?

Most of them are early invasive carcinoma, which is the latest type of early esophageal cancer. Pathologic classification of middle and advanced esophageal cancer: medullary type 60%, mycotic umbrella type and ulcerative type 15%, narrowing type 10%, intraluminal type 3%. Early symptoms: 90% of early esophageal cancer have symptoms. Choking sensation, pain in swallowing, discomfort and tightness behind the sternum, foreign body sensation in the esophagus after swallowing. They are not unique to esophageal cancer. Intermediate symptoms: Difficulty in swallowing: characterized by progressive, if there is 1/3 of normal wall of the circumference of the tube, it is possible to eat ordinary diet. Symptoms of narrowing type and medullary type are heavy, while symptoms of mycotic umbrella type, intraluminal type and ulcerative type are light. Vomiting: vomiting with food. Chest and back pain: related to external invasion of esophageal cancer. Weight loss. Late-stage symptoms: cachexia (the patient is as thin as a skeleton); the appearance of hoarseness; or the appearance of masses in many places of the whole body. Respiratory symptoms: it may compress the trachea and may penetrate the trachea.
