What pain is like for cancer patients

In the early stages of cancer patients, the pain is usually relatively mild, either tingling or swelling. Some of them may be constant pain, while some may be intermittent pain. However, as the tumor progresses, the pain of cancer patients will gradually increase, and in the end, the pain will even be unbearable. The pain is persistent, during which the pain will be aggravated, that is, there will be an outbreak of pain. Especially at night when it is quiet, this pain will be more obvious and will cause the patient to be unable to sleep, thus seriously affecting the patient’s daily life. If pain occurs, oral pain medication is needed for pain relief, and anti-tumor treatment is also needed. If the tumor is under control, the pain will generally be reduced or even disappear completely.
