The recurrence rate of invasive fibroma not cut cleanly has not been clearly reported, but if not cut cleanly it is likely to have recurrence of the disease or more serious symptoms and so on. Aggressive fibromatosis has a certain malignant behavior, and the diseased tissue will have invasive manifestations on the surrounding tissues and organs, therefore, the treatment plan is mainly surgical treatment. In addition to removing the aggressive fibromatosis tissue, the surgery also involves extensive local excision of the surrounding normal tissues. It is important to remove as much of the diseased tissue as possible to avoid recurrence after surgery. If the invasive fibroma is not removed cleanly, the chance of recurrence is higher in the later stage, and regular checkups are needed to observe whether there are any uncomfortable symptoms.
