Optimism and smiling can chase away emotional asthma

  Negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and anger can cause the body to release histamine and other substances that cause metabolic reactions, increase the excitability of the vagus nerve and decrease the responsiveness of the sympathetic nerve, thus causing or aggravating asthma attacks. This is because bad emotions can cause the body’s immunity to decline, thus making it vulnerable to viruses that cause respiratory infections, which can trigger asthma.  Prevention: 1. Asthma patients must maintain an optimistic mood. This will help the relief and control of asthma.  2, keep smiling. Laughing is the best way to release depression. This is because laughing will give an extreme psychological pleasure and release all the depressed emotions.  3, confide in. Choose your friends or relatives, and tell them all the unhappiness. This way the mood will be relaxed.  4.Everyone has their own way of relaxation. Everyone should have optimism, especially asthma patients, so that the disease is away from them, healthy life.
