What are the characteristics of back pain involved in lung cancer?

Back pain involved in lung cancer may manifest as pulling pain or persistent dull pain in the back according to different invasion sites.
When lung cancer invades the pleura, the pleura is pulled due to respiratory movement, resulting in localized pain accompanied with obvious pulling sensation, which is aggravated after deep breathing, but does not produce pain when pressed.
When lung cancer invades bone metastasis, it invades ribs, shoulder blade, spine and other parts of the body, resulting in persistent pain in the back, which gradually worsens and becomes painful when pressed.
If bone metastasis of lung cancer is limited to a single part, drug treatment or local radiotherapy can be carried out; if extensive bone metastasis occurs, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, chemotherapy and other treatments can be adopted.
If lung cancer patients have symptoms of back pain, they can consult doctor in time and follow doctor’s advice.
