What about cardiac arrest?

Cardiac arrest is caused by preterm contractions (premature beats), no symptoms can be left untreated, if there is a clear sense of cardiac arrest or accompanied by chest tightness and dizziness, it is necessary to go to the hospital as soon as possible, the application of anti-arrhythmic drugs to treat the more serious need to undergo radiofrequency ablation surgical treatment.
Cardiac arrest is a symptom caused by arrhythmias, such as atrial and ventricular premature beats. Premature beats are also not exclusively seen for pathologic reasons, but can also be caused by physiologic conditions.
In mild cases of premature beats, the patient may not have obvious symptoms, and many of them are caused by physiological reasons, such as staying up late, exertion, or drinking coffee. In this case, the symptoms can be improved by self-regulation and no medication is needed.
If premature beats are more frequent, especially if the number of premature beats is more than 1,000 on 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram (EKG), and usually accompanied by obvious symptoms such as panic attacks and a feeling of cardiac arrest, medication is needed. Commonly used are metoprolol and propafenone. It is also important to look for the primary cause of the disease and treat it.
If there are frequent episodes of premature heart beats, causing severe symptoms, and the ambulatory electrocardiogram shows more than 5,000 premature beats, most of the drug treatments may not be effective, and radiofrequency ablation surgery is needed.
It is recommended to go to the cardiology department of the hospital as soon as possible for treatment if there is a sense of cardiac arrest.
