The five-year survival rate of esophageal cancer stage t3 after treatment is 10%~60%, which should be analyzed in combination with lymph nodes and distant metastasis. Esophageal cancer is a malignant tumor of upper gastrointestinal tract caused by various factors such as bad dietary habits, heredity, etc. t is the condition of primary tumor, in which t3 represents that the tumor invades into the esophageal fibrous membrane. However, the combination of N and M, i.e. lymph node metastasis and the occurrence of distant metastasis, is needed to determine the specific staging situation. After t3 is combined with N and M, it can be stage II, IIIB and IV. After diagnosis and treatment by surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the five-year survival rate varies according to the stage, among which stage II is about 60%, stage IIIB is about 30%, and stage IV is only about 10%. It is suggested that patients with esophageal cancer should go to regular hospitals for consultation and receive standardized treatment as early as possible.
