(2) Fried tofu with tomatoes Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 50g chicken thigh meat, 1 piece of tofu, 2 eggs, white onion, sugar, salt, sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of oil.  Preparation: Wash and de-stem the tomatoes and cut each into 6 pieces. Remove the chicken and cut it into shreds. Cut the tofu into pieces and the green onion into sections.
