What should be the height of a 7-year-old child

The normal standard height for a 7-week-old boy is 124 cm, and for a 7-week-old girl is 122.5 cm. The child’s height should be normal based on the child’s bone age test. For a 7-week-old child, such as a boy, the height should be between 120-127.4cm for dynamic observation, and roughly one standard deviation above and below can be observed. If it is below 120.6cm, the child is considered to be short. If a girl is below 119.2cm at the age of 7 weeks, the child is also considered to be in the sign of dwarfism. In this case, the child’s height, bone age, and further relevant tests on growth hormone should be taken into account to measure whether the child’s height is normal.
