What are the special eye drops for newborns

There are no eye drops that are specialized for newborns. However, if needed, moxifloxacin hydrochloride eye drops, tobramycin eye drops, and levofloxacin eye drops can be used depending on the condition. If you need to use drugs, you need to use them under the guidance of your doctor. 1. Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Eye Drops: used for the treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by gram-positive or negative bacteria. Usually one drop each time, 3 times a day, for 7 days. 2. Tobramycin Eye Drops: for localized infections of the external eye and appendages caused by sensitive bacteria. Usually 1~2 drops at a time, once every 4 hours. 3. Levofloxacin Eye Drops: for bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, corneal ulcers and so on. Generally 1~2 drops each time, 3~5 times a day. If allergic reaction occurs when using the above drugs, stop giving the drugs immediately. If newborns need to use the above drugs, they should be used under the guidance of a doctor, do not use drugs without authorization to avoid adverse reactions.
