Isosorbide Nitrate Injection is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction and acute left heart failure. The indications for Isosorbide Nitrate Injection are acute myocardial infarction, acute left heart failure, myocardial insufficiency with reduced left ventricular function, symptomatic treatment of unstable angina pectoris in combination with standard therapy, and long-term treatment of vasospastic angina pectoris (variant angina). Adverse reactions to Isosorbide Nitrate Injection include headache, dizziness, hypotension, nausea, vomiting, and skin sensitization such as rash and pruritus. This drug is contraindicated in people who are allergic to this ingredient, cardiogenic shock, severe hypotension, anemia, and head trauma. This drug should be used under the supervision of a physician.
