The nine-valent vaccine, or nine-valent human papillomavirus vaccine, is identical in all three shots. The components of all three shots of the nine-valent human papillomavirus vaccine are the same, and they are made from virus-like particles of recombinant brewer’s yeast CANADE3C-5 that express recombinant human papillomavirus types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58 L1 proteins, respectively, and are purified and supplemented with aluminum adjuvant. The three doses of the nine-valent human papillomavirus vaccine also have the same types of viruses, all of which can prevent infection of human papillomavirus types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58. The nine-valent human papillomavirus vaccine is contraindicated in persons who are allergic to the active ingredient of the vaccine or to any of the excipient components. Adverse reactions such as redness, swelling and pain at the vaccination site, dizziness, fainting and nausea may occur after vaccination. If vaccination with the nine-valent human papillomavirus vaccine is required, it should be done under the supervision of a doctor to avoid adverse effects.
