Kidney cyst disappeared after exercise

Kidney cysts usually don’t go away after exercise. Kidney cysts can be divided into two types: congenital kidney cysts and acquired kidney cysts. Congenital renal cysts are a hereditary disease and therefore do not disappear with exercise. Acquired renal cysts, in general, will not disappear with exercise, some patients may be stabilized at a certain size, and some patients will grow bigger and bigger, renal cysts that disappear after exercise may be due to rupture of the renal cysts after strenuous exercise. For acquired renal cysts, especially single renal cysts, it does not affect the function of the kidneys. Therefore, there is no need for special treatment after getting a kidney cyst, unless the cyst is larger than five centimeters and produces compression symptoms, such as patients with back pain, lumbago and other symptoms, or the cyst is particularly large, more than ten centimeters, then need to actively carry out the treatment.
