It is wrong to say that the right side of hemiplegia is more difficult to recover from than the left side. The degree of recovery from hemiplegia is related to the site and extent of stroke injury, the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation exercises, and has nothing to do with the right or left side. Whether hemiplegia occurs on the left or right side of the body is related to the anatomical structure of the brain. The brain is divided into left and right hemispheres, from which nerves are sent to innervate limb activities. Nerve fibers sent from the two cerebral hemispheres are crossed left and right in the cones, so that the left limb is actually innervated by the right cerebral hemisphere, while the right limb is innervated by the left cerebral hemisphere. When one cerebral hemisphere is affected, the opposite limb becomes hemiplegic. After hemiplegia, timely medication and physical therapy can alleviate and control the condition. Meanwhile, early participation in rehabilitation exercises, joint mobility training, muscle strength training, transfer training, gait training and daily living ability training can effectively promote recovery, but the degree of recovery will be affected if the above mentioned treatments and rehabilitation exercises are not carried out in time. It is recommended that patients go to regular hospitals in time, under the guidance of doctors to carry out standardized treatment and rehabilitation training, in order to avoid delaying the condition.
