Patients with celiac disease who have vaginal bleeding after coitus can take drugs to treat celiac disease, and also take anti-inflammatory drugs, such as anti-uterine inflammation tablets, nude flower zhuzhu and so on. But for such patients, the main thing is to rule out precancerous cervical lesions, because contact vaginal bleeding is often a precursor of cervical cancer. It is recommended that a comprehensive examination of the cervix is needed, including colposcopy, cervical cytology, HPV measurement, and cervical pathology histologic examination of the lesion. If it is simply due to inflammation, it can mostly be relieved with medication and later rest. If it is due to other lesions of the cervix, surgical treatment may be required.
