There is no clear evidence that bear bile has significant therapeutic effects on liver cancer. Primary liver cancer includes hepatocellular carcinoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and mixed hepatocellular carcinoma-cholangiocarcinoma. Liver cancer in a narrow sense refers to hepatocellular carcinoma. Clinically, liver cancer treatment is multidisciplinary participation and coexistence of multiple treatment methods. Common treatments include hepatectomy, liver transplantation, ablation therapy, hepatic artery interventional embolization therapy, radiation therapy, systemic anti-tumor therapy and other means. Taking bear bile is not the main form of treatment. If patients are diagnosed with liver cancer, they should go to the relevant departments of regular hospitals as soon as possible and under the guidance of professional physicians to avoid delaying the condition.
