What’s wrong with the right rib cage?

Pressing pain under the right rib cage may be caused by muscle injury, costochondritis or tiny injuries to the ribs, cholecystitis and other diseases. 1. Cholecystitis: This kind of pain is located in the part where the arch of the rib and the rectus abdominis muscle intersect.
