Zhi Mu has the effect of clearing away heat and fire; it is used to treat fever and thirst, bone vaporization and tidal fever (a burst of heat, feeling that the heat comes from inside the bone to the outside) and other diseases.

Gypsum is a traditional Chinese medicine derived from the sulfate mineral gypsum, which has the effects of clearing away heat and fire, removing vexation and quenching thirst, astringing sores and regenerating muscles (helping sores to heal faster and promoting the growth of new flesh), collecting dampness and stopping bleeding. It is used for external heat illness, coughing and wheezing with lung heat, headache and toothache. The adverse reactions, contraindications and medication precautions of this product are not clear at present.
2. Zhi Mu is a traditional Chinese medicine derived from the lily plant, Zhi Mu, and is used as medicine with dried rhizome. It is effective in clearing away heat and fire, nourishing yin and moistening dryness (nourishing yin essence and clearing away heat). It is used for fever and thirst, bone vapor and tidal fever, intestinal dryness and constipation. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear at present. It should be noted that it should not be used in cases of loose stools (thin and unformed feces) due to spleen deficiency.
Before taking these two medicines, it should be used under the guidance of a traditional Chinese medicine doctor, and should not be purchased and used on its own, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
