Before the age of 30, dynamic wrinkles predominate. Dynamic wrinkles become static wrinkles at age 40-50. Static “crow’s feet”, “inner corner lines”, “intereye lines”, “nasal root lines”, and “nasal bridge lines”; “horizontal forehead lines”; aggravated “nasolabial folds” (lines); aggravated sagging at the corners of the eyes; moderate to severe buildup of cheek skin laxity and widening of the lower part; aggravated sagging of the eyebrows, lowering of the eyebrows; possible bloated accumulation of upper eyelids; aggravated upper eyelid skin laxity, pronounced upper eyelid lateralization, “triangle eyes”; aggravated lower eyelid skin laxity, orbital fat herniation, “bags under the eyes”; possible deepening of horizontal neck lines; age 50 aggravation of all the above wrinkles; general skin laxity; wrinkles at the corners of the mouth; wrinkles around the mouth; wrinkles in front of and behind the ears; aggravation of transverse neck lines; possible longitudinal neck cords, sagging skin, “turkey neck”.
