How to Rehabilitate Stiff Finger Joints

Exercises for stiff fingers are generally categorized into three types, passive exercises, active exercises and resistance exercises.
1. Passive exercise: the healthy hand can be used to assist the affected hand for stretching training, or the affected side of the finger passive straightening placed on the desktop, with the appropriate weight of the smooth object placed on it, to maintain the affected side of the finger in the extended position.
