Men do not have a uterus; the uterus is an organ unique to women.
The uterus is the organ of the female reproductive system and is located in the pelvis. It is inverted and pear-shaped, slightly flattened in front and slightly protruding at the back. The function of the uterus is the cyclical thickening and shedding of the lining to form menstruation and to nurture the embryo and fetus during pregnancy. During pregnancy, the uterus undergoes significant changes in order to accommodate the pregnancy and to prepare for labor, mainly in the form of increased size, increased blood flow, and formation of the lower uterine segment.
The male reproductive system consists of the internal and external genitalia. The external genitalia are the penis and the scrotum, which serves to protect the testes and the vas deferens, and the penis, which consists of the corpus cavernosum and urethral spongiosum, which functions for ejaculation and urination. Internal genitalia include testes, vas deferens and gonads.
