Biologically targeted therapy is currently a very important therapeutic advancement among malignancies. Prominent representatives are the approaches represented by immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as the drugs pablizumab, nabolutumab, atezumab, etc. These drugs are already available in China. The second major therapy is the so-called CAR-T therapy, which is also known as cellular peripatetic immunotherapy, and simply speaking, it plays the role of killing tumor cells by activating its own T cells. These two methods are playing an increasingly important role in advanced malignant tumors, especially CAR-T therapy plays an important role in malignant hematologic tumors. The efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in lung cancer, breast cancer and melanoma is also quite good.
