How to treat hypoechoic breast nodules

Anechoic breast nodules often indicate that the lesion is a cyst, while hypoechoic nodules may be benign or malignant. Benign nodules are treated conservatively according to their size, while malignant nodules need to be removed as soon as possible. When hyperechoic breast nodules are found after relevant examinations, it can be determined whether the nodules are benign or malignant by mammography and mammocentesis. If the boundary of the breast nodule is not clear or there are abnormal blood flow signals, and if the mammocentesis sends pathology to show that the breast cancer is present, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive treatment such as surgery (e.g. Modified Radical Breast Cancer Surgery), radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and other treatments. If the nodule is benign, it depends on the size of the nodule. If the nodule is smaller than three centimeters, breast ultrasound or molybdenum target radiography should be repeated every six months for follow-up and dynamic observation; if the nodule is larger than three centimeters, surgical excision of the nodule should be considered. If you have breast nodules, you need to actively seek medical advice and follow the doctor’s instructions for proper diagnosis and treatment.
