Washing your face can remove some of the sebum secreted by the sebaceous glands, so as not to have too much sebum, leading to the proliferation of microorganisms such as Propionibacterium acnes and the occurrence of inflammatory diseases such as acne; not washing your face for a long period of time, your face will also accumulate animal dander, dust and other substances that block the hair follicles; the air, the lead in cosmetics and other substances that stay on the skin for a long period of time, may damage the skin.
It is generally recommended to wash your face 1 to 2 times a day, especially after makeup need to thoroughly clean the skin, the need to use mild face washing products, after washing the face need to use timely hydration, moisturizing skin care products; but wash your face to be moderate, avoid over-cleaning, in order to avoid damage to the skin’s barrier function, which is prone to facial dermatitis.
