What is an itchy vaginal opening

Women’s vagina is an upper wide and lower narrow tube, the front wall is about 7-9cm long, adjacent to the bladder and urethra; the back wall is about 10-12cm long, close to the rectum, the upper end of the vagina wrapped around the cervix vaginalis, the lower end of the opening in the posterior part of the vaginal vestibule. Normally, what we call vaginal opening itch refers to the outer vaginal opening, that is, the lower part of the itch, because this part of the nerve is more dense, so it is more sensitive. When the patient has vaginal, cervical or vulvar inflammatory diseases, inflammation or leukorrhea will stimulate the local itching discomfort, inspection can be seen locally red, swollen, pain. Patients need to check the leukorrhea, do gynecological internal examination to determine the location and type of inflammation, and according to the specific examination results to determine the treatment plan.
