How to treat watery breasts

Watery breast is also known as nipple overflow, physiological nipple overflow needs no treatment, and pathological nipple overflow needs to be combined with specific causes for medication, surgical treatment, radiotherapy and so on.
1. Physiological nipple overflow: if the nipple of pregnant or lactating women will overflow part of the milk, it is a normal phenomenon which can be relieved after lactation.
2. Pathologic nipple discharge:
(1) Dilatation of mammary ducts: if the symptoms are mild and there is no other obvious discomfort, you can use penicillin, triamcinolone acetonide, dexamethasone and other medicines as prescribed by the doctor for treatment. If the breast is accompanied by obvious lumps, surgical excision is required as soon as possible.
(2) Intraductal papillary carcinoma: Surgery, partial mastectomy, radical mastectomy, etc. are the main treatments, which can be supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
(3) Breast cystic hyperplasia: consider taking progesterone, ethylstilbestrol, testosterone and other anti-estrogenic drugs as prescribed by doctor to relieve the symptoms, and surgical treatment can be carried out if necessary, and common surgical procedures include simple mastectomy, mastectomy of breast lumps, etc., to clarify the diagnosis, and to exclude or excise the malignant lesions together.
After excluding physiological factors, patients with nipple discharge need to consult a doctor in time to identify the cause and then actively carry out treatment to avoid delaying the condition. Drugs should be applied under the guidance of a doctor.
