Can a negative anti-endometrial antibody rule out endometritis?

Patient: Examination and laboratory tests: negative for mycoplasma, chlamydia, gonococcus, and normal for fluid-based thin layer cytology, negative for anti-endometrial antibodies Treatment: saw a Chinese medicine doctor once and said endometritis. It is not a good fertilization. Western ultrasound showed thin endometrium (6 for the week before menstruation). Menstrual cycle is normal. Low menstrual flow. Medical history: I have had 2 biochemical pregnancies. The Chinese doctor said once that the endometrium was inflamed. I have had two biochemical pregnancies. The western doctor said that the quality of the fertilized embryo is not good. Can you tell me if endometritis can be ruled out, or is it very unlikely? Li Wen, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Shanghai Long March Hospital: Hello, if you want to confirm the diagnosis, the most accurate test is to do a hysteroscopy.
