After bonding the aligners, the patient needs a follow-up visit every 4-6 weeks and the doctor will adjust the aligners accordingly. The whole course of orthodontic treatment is generally about two years, and the course of treatment will be extended accordingly for those with greater difficulty. 4, after the completion of orthodontic treatment and removal of braces, the doctor will choose a suitable retainer (usually removable) for the patient to consolidate and maintain the treatment results for a period of time. During the retention period, the patient will be reviewed regularly (about half a year), without frequent follow-ups. 5. Please consult with your orthodontist for details.
