Symptoms of liver cancer 2 days before death cannot be predicted. Generally, in advanced stage, there may be severe pain, severe ascites, bleeding tendency, malignant disease, etc., but it varies from person to person. 1. Severe pain: the vast majority of patients with advanced malignant tumors will have severe cancer pain, especially if the tumor invades the peritoneum, abdominal nerve plexus or develops bone metastasis. 2. Severe ascites: advanced liver cancer is prone to peritoneal implantation metastasis, which leads to massive secretion of fluid from peritoneum to form ascites, mostly bloody ascites. 3. Bleeding tendency: liver is an important part of the body to synthesize coagulation factors, liver function of patients with advanced liver cancer is seriously impaired, and insufficient synthesis of coagulation factors will lead to coagulation dysfunction, and the patients may have serious bleeding tendency, such as subcutaneous petechiae, oral mucous membrane bleeding, nosebleed and so on. 4. Cachexia: patients with advanced liver cancer usually have serious loss of appetite or even difficulty in eating, and malignant tumor itself will consume a lot of nutrients, so most of the patients with advanced stage have serious cachexia, which is manifested as extreme emaciation, weakness, anemia and so on. In addition to the above symptoms, brain metastasis of liver cancer may cause severe headache and brain hernia; bone metastasis patients may suffer from pathological fracture; and patients with hepatic encephalopathy may suffer from drowsiness, coma and other mental anomalies, and the above symptoms may appear before the patient’s death. If any of the above symptoms occur or liver cancer is suspected, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital to evaluate the condition of the patient and follow the doctor’s instructions to avoid delaying the condition.
