Medicines with the effect of clearing liver fire can be taken, such as Zuo Jin Wan, Wuji Wan and Longdian Diarrhea Liver Tang.
1. Zuo Jin Wan: mainly composed of Rhizoma Coptidis and Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, it has the efficacy of clearing liver fire, lowering the rebelliousness and stopping vomiting (stopping the upward rush of stomach qi, stopping vomiting), treating the symptoms of liver-fire against the stomach, with symptoms such as pain in the ribs and thighs, noisy swallowing of acid (a feeling of discomfort in the stomach, with acid flooding the stomach and then being swallowed), and vomiting and bitter mouth, etc. People with deficiency of cold in the spleen and stomach should not take the medicines.
2. Wuji Pill: mainly composed of Rhizoma Coptidis, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum and Paeonia Lactiflora, it is effective in relieving liver fire, stopping vomiting, clearing heat and harmonizing the stomach. It is mainly used for treating liver-fire transverse to the spleen and stomach, with symptoms such as stomach pain and acid swallowing (swallowing the acid in the stomach that goes up to the oropharynx), abdominal pain and diarrhea.
3.gentian diarrhea liver soup: mainly consists of gentian herb, scutellaria, gardenia, zedoary, psyllium and so on, has the effect of clearing and diarrhea liver and gallbladder fire, clearing liver meridian dampness-heat, the main treatment of liver and gallbladder fire caused by headache, eye, dystocia, bitter mouth and so on; or liver meridian dampness-heat downward injection (dampness and heat invade the intestinal tract, bladder, pubic region, lower limbs and so on), the symptom is seen in yin swollen, itching yin, urinary drenching, and so on.
