The hazards of cross-legged girls

The following hazards are often found in girls’ stilts: First, prolonged stilts can cause obstruction of the lower limb superficial venous reflux, superficial blood stagnation in the lower limbs, and cause local vascular expansion and skin pigmentation, as well as local venous inflammation, which not only affects the aesthetics and can cause significant swelling and pain symptoms. Second, stilts can cause pressure on the peroneal nerve, and prolonged nerve compression can cause numbness, swelling and pain in the lateral plantar and dorsal foot of the calf, and even muscle weakness and limited activity. This is mainly due to the repeated wear and tear of the joints, resulting in inflammatory joint exudation and local pain symptoms.
