What Causes Foot Gout

Foot gout may be caused by heredity, disease, drugs and excessive production of organic acids. 1. Heredity: primary gout may be genetically related, mainly seen in hypoxanthine guanine phosphoribosyltransferase deficiency or phosphoribosylpyrophosphate synthase activity increases, which can increase uric acid production in the body. 2. Diseases: Kidney diseases and blood system diseases may lead to secondary gout, such as erythrocytosis, hemolytic anemia, lymphoma, renal tubular disease, etc., respectively, through the increase of uric acid production and uric acid excretion obstruction and other pathways in the body of uric acid elevated and thus lead to gout. 3.
