What’s wrong with squatting?

Squatting for a while dizziness is mainly seen in the following cases: First, postural hypotension, a part of the physical frailty of the patient usually low baseline blood pressure, squatting suddenly stood up and dizziness, considering the relationship with postural hypotension. Second, we should ask the patient’s usual diet, there is no partiality or eat too little. For example, patients with anemia and low hematocrit will have dizziness and blurred vision after squatting for a while, so they can do routine blood test to find out whether hemoglobin has decreased. Third, if accompanied by visual rotation, nausea, vomiting, the duration of a relatively short period of time, in 1 minute or so, consider that the patient may have otolithiasis, sudden dizziness when the position changes. In short, squatting for a while dizziness is mainly seen in the above cases.
