What are the targeted drugs for sigmoid colon cancer?

Targeted drugs for sigmoid colon cancer include cetuximab, bevacizumab regorafenib and furaquintinib. The specific dosing is related to the patient’s specific situation. For initial locally unresectable T4b colon cancer, chemotherapy or chemotherapy combined with a targeted therapy regimen (FOLFOX + cetuximab) is recommended. Colorectal cancer patients with combined liver metastases and/or lung metastases with resectable or potentially resectable metastases are recommended preoperative chemotherapy or chemotherapy in combination with targeted agents if discussed by the MDT. Targeted agents include: cetuximab (recommended for patients with wild-type KRAS, NRAS, BRAF genes), or in combination with bevacizumab. Targeted agents available for systemic treatment of recurrent/metastatic colorectal cancer include cetuximab (recommended for patients with KRAS, NRAS, BRAF gene wild-type), bevacizumab, regorafenib, and furaquintinib. It is recommended to test the KRAS, NRAS, BRAF genes and satellite status before using targeted drugs in colon cancer treatment, and patients diagnosed with colon cancer should consult a doctor in time and do not use drugs by themselves.
