3. Improper operation: the physician chooses the inappropriate type of urethra, such as catheter is too thick, etc., before inserting the urinary catheter did not use the paraffin oil to smear and insert the urinary catheter in the incorrect direction of force, etc., can lead to the patient’s pain.
