It is impossible to generalize how long it takes for pearly penile papules to fade. Generally, if left untreated, it may subside in as little as a month or two, or as long as months or even years or decades; or it may last a lifetime. Pearly penile papules are translucent, pearl-like, papular skin conditions that grow on the edge of the penile coronal groove and in the coronal sulcus, which are benign and usually cause no significant discomfort. If left untreated, it is not clear how long the condition will subside; some may disappear in a month or two, while others may persist for months or years and decades, or even for life. Since the disease does not cause penile dysfunction, special treatment is usually not recommended, and you only need to do a good job of private hygiene. If you are not feeling well, please consult a regular hospital.
