Migraine headaches are a common disorder in women between the ages of 30 and 50. Migraines are mainly pain on one side of the head, and the pain can be mild to moderately severe, often triggered by poor rest, lack of sleep, and sound and light stimulation. Migraines are often recurrent, and the pain may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting, and the left side of the head may be relieved after nausea and vomiting. Patients can take oral medications such as Aminophentoin tablets, Ibuprofen extended-release capsules, or if the headache is severe, oral drug like Traptan to treat migraine, or Chinese herbal medicine or acupuncture to treat the headache.
