How to regulate spleen heat

Spleen heat can be regulated by medication and diet.
Spleen heat refers to the heat evidence caused by the spleen being subjected to heat or over-eating hot and dry food. The main symptoms are emaciation, poor appetite, red lips and dry throat, heartburn, abdominal distension or pain, constipation, short and yellow urine, and red tongue.
1. For medication, you can choose Chinese medicines such as Nourishing Stomach Shu Granules and Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu San to strengthen the spleen and nourish the yin. Gastric Shu Granules have the effect of benefiting the qi and nourishing the yin, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and promoting the flow of qi and stagnation. Ginseng Ling Bai Shu San is good for tonifying the spleen and stomach and benefiting the lungs and qi. Avoid eating meat, fish, greasy and indigestible food during the period of taking the medicine. Avoid irritation, depression and overwork during the period of medication. It should not be taken together with cold and flu medicines.
2. Eat a light diet, avoid spicy and greasy food, avoid overeating, and drink more water. Eat foods that strengthen the spleen such as yam, barley and adzuki beans.
