Can you have children after ligation?

After ligation, if you want to have a child, there are two options: one, you can do IVF directly, but the cost of this may be higher. The other option is to have a tubal reversal surgery. After the tubal reversal and patency, you can prepare for pregnancy and have a child. There are two types of tubal reversal surgery: 1) laparoscopic bilateral tubal reversal surgery, which uses minimally invasive techniques to help restore the fallopian tubes to normal; 2) open tubal reversal surgery, which may be more damaging. The operation is performed by making an incision in the abdomen, and the tubes are spliced and connected, and then placed back into the uterine cavity only after they are patent. Bilateral tubal reversal surgery is followed by anti-inflammatory treatment for at least 2-3 months. If the tubes are clear at the time of the review, pregnancy can be prepared.
