If the patient has painful stool with bleeding, the following reasons are considered: 1. the patient has rectal inflammation, the surface of intestinal mucosa of rectal inflammation will be congested with edema and erosion, and blood will flow out, and when the inflammation occurs in the lower part of the intestine, the discomfort or pain will be more obvious. 2. the patient has rectal tumor, some patients will have pain, and because the mucous membrane on the surface of the tumor is fragile, blood will flow out when it rubs against the stool. 3. If the patient has perianal abscess, when the opening of the abscess is located in the rectum, blood and pus will be discharged from the anus along with the stool, and there will be local redness, swelling, heat and pain. 4. If the patient has anal fissure, it is mainly because the patient is constipated, the stool is coarse and hard, and when the stool is rubbed by force, it causes the anal mucosa to break and bleed.
