Instructions for use of cefoperazone sodium sulbactam

Cefoperazone sulbactam is mainly used for respiratory system caused by sensitive bacteria. Genitourinary system infections, peritonitis, cholecystitis, biliary tract infections and treatment of intra-abdominal infections and sepsis. It is usually treated by intravenous drip. Adults need to use 1g-2g once, 2-4 times a day; pediatric patients need to use 40mg-80mg/kg per day in 2-4 doses. The maximum dose is 160mg/kg per day, divided into 2-4 doses. The maximum dose of sulbactam should not exceed 80 mg/kg per day. minor adverse reactions can occur during administration, but the drug is well tolerated by the patient. skin irritation, diarrhea and drug fever can occur, as well as reversible neutropenia.
